Hey folks, I work on a comedy site called Widget (widgetmag.com), we're using GftW to pay for contributors as well as some open-source equity deliverables. (More info on our plans here: widgetmag.com/2020/10/gftw/.)
I'm excited about reader-supported subscription models that allow publishers to offer nice bonuses to their subscribers. I think Coil could be super cool if we can get adoption to a critical mass.
I've got a question. (LMK if there's somewhere better to put this.) Is it possible to run a Coil script in a Discord server? (Maybe via a custom bot? This post seems promising – devdungeon.com/content/javascript-....)
I work on Federated Bookkeeping (https://federatedbookkeeping.org) in a new non-profit startup called Ponder Source. Previously: Mozilla, Ripple, Solid.
I was able to edit the theme of forum.tosdr.org and add the meta tag into the header there, yes. But that was Discourse, not Discord. Maybe try with dev.to/harshhhdev/colouring-discor...
