Q: how should we use this page? Is is more appropriate to keep it project-focused OR should I just make it a page for the Permanent Legacy Foundation, organization leading the project? For example, we don't have things like logos, websites, twitter handles for the project but we have all those things for Permanent.
Great question! It's most appropriate to keep things project-focused here.
That said, if you set up your project page and it feels empty — no logo, no website, no twitter handle — we've seen other folks reference their parent organization's assets instead. It's really up to you and your org if you'd like to do this or not, but just to note that it's not uncommon. You can always add or change out these inputs in the future.
Hey Robert, right now a focus on PLF makes sense to me. Step one is getting us working with Permanent. Steering visual elements in that direction seems like the right move.
Perhaps the best use of the page is helping other grantees figure out if we overlap with them in useful ways. We've already identified docs.plus as potential collaborators, but maybe there's more.
OK, let's get the page setup. We'll use Permanent assets for it and when it's ready, we'll share in with the community in a post looking for folks who might be doing intersectional work!

Also notable, we use the words "project" and "organization" somewhat interchangeably on this site. It can get a bit confusing, so totally understand where you're coming from here.
